Attempt to have four or five smaller meals for the day with a mixture of carbs, fat and protein with each meal. You had better have a linking to items such as turkey, chicken, tuna and egg whites. Get your carbs from your fruit and vegies and brown rice. Stay away from processed junk, bread and pasta. Whole grain bread should be eaten if you absolutely must have bread. If you do not drink enough water your body will hold onto what little it gets. You don’t want to have the effect of water retention so aim to have your 1-2 litres a day at regular intervals. If possible have a water bottle handy and every hour take a small drink.
