The Waspman work seven days per week including evenings and weekends and do not charge extra for evening and weekend jobs.

Wasps nests can usually be destroyed from the exterior of the premises by blowing a small quantity of wasp powder into the entrance using a special device.

It is important to have a wasps’ nest treated before autumn when the new queens which will build next season’s nests start to be born. Once this happens simply destoying the nest will not eradicate these wasp queens as they are no longer returning to the nest. A single nest can create about 2000 queens.

During the wasp season we give priority to wasp calls as we know that many people react badly to wasps stings and it is important to remove the nest as with the utmost urgency. We do our utmost to provide a rapid same day service but this is naturally constrained by how much work we have on.

Wasps nests can usually be destroyed from the outside of the building by blowing a small quantity of wasp powder into the entrance hole using a special machine.

It is necessary to have a wasps’ nest removed before mid-september when the new queens which will build the following season’s nests start to be produced. Once this commences just destoying the nest will not deal with these new queens as they are no longer using the nest. A single nest can create about 2000 queens.
